Our car wash will be Sat. June 4th at Regions Bank in Hendersonville (next to Kmart) from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. We will be selling hot dogs and italian ice.

Generals wrestlers pin Tullahoma 57-30

The Generals middle school wrestling team, made up of wrestlers from throughout Sumner County, started the 2010-11 season with a strong effort, downing Tullahoma in a dual match 57-30 on Saturday, Oct. 30.
The Generals were powered by nine pins, including by: Trevor Rippy, 83-pound weight class; Griffin Owens, 91; Elan McCassland, 106; Kaleb Rippy, 113; Jake Johnson, 125; Tacomas Rich, 131; Michael King, 165; Devol Whitfield, 215; and Nathan Smith, heavyweight.
Sean Sessnan at 76 pounds scored a close and exciting 10-9 win over his opponent to round out the team scoring for the Generals.
“I’m extremely excited with the 52 kids I have on the roster,” said Generals Head Coach Wes Smith. Much of the nucleus of the team has three or four years of wrestling experience, he noted.
Generals wrestlers come from all over Sumner County, including Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, the Station Camp area and Portland.

Play it Again Sports will be at our first practice on October 12th from 4-5 to sell used shoes and head gear, since she will be onsite there will be no tax charged!!!
